Creative Director
This role requires creative thinking, good team management, strong presentation skills and strategic insight. As Creative Director you will be the main point of client contact for the duration of projects from pitch to final delivery. You will be expected to become expert in your client’s business, acting as an extension of their communications and marketing teams. You will devise creative solutions and be a clear communicator that’s able to drive and inspire the team and clients through the production process. You will have a keen eye for detail ensuring and that all our work is of the highest quality and that projects are brought in on time and to budget. You will be a hands on creative with experience of working in the trenches, testing ideas, failing, succeeding, winning awards and leaving empty-handed, this experience will have built you a solid foundation of creative digital design application.

Business Development Manager
You’re a can-do person who creates rapport in an instant. You will be responsible for the strategic development of a number of accounts and will be the first point of contact for new enquiries. You will be self motivated person to proactively identify and develop new opportunities for the business by initiating targeted new business development activity. You will ideally have creative experience; have a passion for graphics, animation and interactive digital experiences. By understanding creative capabilities you will be able to identify and clearly communicate creative solutions and relate them to client’s requirements.
