What is WOWvx?
WOWvx is an autostereoscopic display from Philips which enables a 3D experience without the need for special glasses.How does it work?
3D perception is based on the way the human brain and eyes work. Each person’s eye views a scene from a different angle and generates a unique image. The brain merges the images to create a single picture. The slight difference between the image from the right eye and the image from the left eye allows the brain to judge the depth. Through its lenticular lens technology, the WOWvx autostereo screen gives each eye of the viewer sees a slightly different picture, there by giving the 3D effect.Why use Mediastation?
